Food is any material consumed to supply nutrition to an organisms. If you eat meat, make sure you eat enough fish so that your diet provides all the nutrients that you need to stay healthy and strong. Eat plenty of nuts and seeds, because these contain vitamins A, E and B-6. As you see food is important not only for its nutritional values but also for its taste and aroma. The smell of food speaks much about its nutritional value and therefore it is advisable to choose food that pleases your senses. The nutrients in food help you to remain energetic throughout the day. Thus if you feel tired, do not eat more, just eat a little bit less.
